As per your rank you are eligible for admission this year. But still it is true that your chances of getting admission in MBBS course at government medical college are less. You will easily get BAMS and BHMS at any college.

I suggest you to go for counselling

Seat no. Is same as JEE roll number so fill your JEE roll number instead.Also once clarify that indeed they are asking for seat number only with the authority.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good
