If you are applying under AIQ ,then you have no chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges. But under state quota , you have chances in few government medical colleges like SMS medical college , jaipur. 

But in both the cases , you have chances of getting

Your rank is quite high and so you cannot get any nits,  iiit's or gftis college under jossa counselling . But you may get government college under state quota which accepts jee marks. But getting Cse branch is difficult in any college because cut off for this branch

You have almost no chances of getting the govt. medical institutes as per the marks because in govt. medical college you must hvave scored 510+ marks. In karnataka the maximum rank for the OBC candidate is 9345 with the marks 541 in ESIC medical college, Gulbarg and in dental college
