Most streams of JNTU H as well as JNTUK where the cutoff rank is way higher than you ranks so you will be able to join any course. 

But in AU, the ranks for more standard courses like VLSI is also accessible to you i am copy pasting

Your TSEAMCET rank depends on which category you belong. You can get into CVR, CVSR, MGIT.
