See as per your Marks-431 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

frankly i m sorry to say with the score you have got its not gonna get any of the MBBS under lowest fee as , where as you would get on through the NRI or management quota that case you would get with high fees

you stand no chance of getting admission in Delhi University as per your percentile. For general category student the competition is very high and one needs atleast 92-93 percentile for getting admission. But your percentile is very less so you won’t be able to get admission in the university.
