Unfortunately,  your rank isn't enough to land you in a good government college,  your chances of getting a government college is close to negligible,  you can get a private college,  many of which are situated in Ghaziabad.

Hey,

Yes you can get a B category seat or a management quota seat for MBBS in AP. Because here the fees matter more than the marks so you have really good chances of admission if you are willing to pay that amount.  You have some chances of getting A
