Thanks for your query. Ipu cutoffs for outside Delhi region are very high due to limited number of seats which makes the possibility of you at a rank of 6805 almost negligible to get into the top 10 college of Indraprastha University. I wish you all the best

Reservation for the EWS category would be provided for the first time in NEET Exam, therefore, it would be difficult to tell you about your chances as previous year cutoff is not available for reference. You can check the previous year NEET cutoff of Assam for reference
