Sorry you can't able to get admission in any government colleges with this rank. I suggest you to take admission in any good private college or you can start your preparation for next year if you want to get a good government college or admission in a iiit and nit.

After seeing the last year cutoff, you can face the some kind off difficulties for getting the admission for the same, but as the cutoff changes every year, you should fill the form carefully, fill the council as per the your preferance.
