Sorry to say but previous year cutoff for cse and ece in all the campus of amritapuri was around 7k.So the chances are very less being in general category .Only in year 2016 the closing rank for ECE was 12k and after that it has been 6-7k only.I

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 15000-16500. And even if you fall in OBC category and you have the state domicile you won't get into CNLU Patna. In fact chances of getting an NLU are bleak. But there's nothing to worry. So many good colleges

This score is not good enough to get a college for MBBS. Cut off of government colleges are above 500. She can try in colleges which conducts their own entrance exam
