With your score you have no chances to fetch a seat in mbbs and bds colleges.you just cleared the cutoff and clearing cutoff alone cannot fetch you a seat.you need minimum of 500+ to fetch a seat inbds for this year.you did not mention your cat so considering you as gen student.this year the cutoff rose by atleast 30-40 marks more causing difference in ranks in thousands.if you are interested you can increase your score by taking an year check: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/

If you are a board appearing candidate then you need not submit marksheet and JEE score there will be a option stating appearing for board . You should opt for that option and there will be a field which will ask for your year of completing class 12 where you should admit 2021 then you wont be asked for marksheet.

Check with that and fill the form. Even for JEE there will be option stating appearing for boards.

As per the rules of ICET, candidates with backlogs are eligible to write the exam but to participate in counsleling they must clear their backlogs. this is applicable for both APICET and TSICET . so you cannot participate in counselling until you have result of your previous backlogs.

The eligibility you should meet to get ews certificates is as follows:

• Candidate's annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.
• His family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land.
• The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft.
• The residential plot's area should be below 100 square yards if in a notified municipality sector.
• The residential plot's area should be below 200 square yards if in a non-notified municipality sector.

You can get the EWS certificate from your local government authority (Tehsil). The certificate is called an 'Income and Assets Certificate', and this is the proof that is required to avail the EWS reservation. The designated authority will verify your documents and issue your EWS certificate.

however once you have applied for ugc exam and results has declared you can not change your category now, since score and rank is availed based on the persons category.
