Hello, Manisha Agrawal
It will be difficult to tell that you will definitely get a government college because cut off varies from year to year depending on the basis of category home state etc
However, 550+ is a good score for securing a government seat.
I'm providing you a link
Hey,
Your neet is extremely low and you won't get any government College with such less marks. Even you won't be eligible for any private college. You can only try for Management quota seats otherwise its not possible. Or else you can take an year off and prepare well for
You have secured decent marks plus you also have category reservation. So you have fair chances of getting admission in a government college for MBBS course or BDS cours. Check from the College predictor to know about the probable colleges you might get admission in.

All the best
Hello aspirant,
Well as you said you belong to andhra pradesh then you possibly can not apply via state quota counselling to get a college in telangana.
So applying via all India quota counselling you need to score a minimum of 540 marks to get into a government medical college
Your chances of admission in a private college for MBBS is really low because last year the cut off was 377 for NIMS University, Jaipur which was the lowest amongst the private medical colleges. You can try for BDS course instead . Check the link for further details.
