It is dependent on verious factor like state home quota,your category and in which nits you wants to gets addmission. So if you get benefit of state home quota and category ,you can get addmission in nit otherwise you can not get.So i suggest you to fill iiits also

Chances seem to be less of getting a seat in government medical colleges with 339 marks in the NEET exam. You can get admission in private colleges.

Congratulations for your result.Sorry to inform you that eventhough you have performed very well but I have checked last year cut off at 507 you are not able to clear any Medical college cut off but do not loose hope and try looking out cut off this year.
