It was very clearly stated in the information bulletin provided by National Testing Agency NTA that examinees failing to complete the NEET phase-2 result won't be able to check their result

Also examinees have been provided with their OMR response on their respective mailing address.
So candidates can challenge the an swer key till October 17, 2021 that is today.

See on the basis of JEE-Advance rank you cannot get admission into any of the IIITs and GFTIs because JEE-Advance rank is used for seat allotment in IITs and IISc.
