Since you haven't completed the NEET phase-2 registration, you wouldn't be able to see your NEET results 2021. It was very clearly stated in the information bulletin provided by National Testing Agency NTA that examinees failing to complete the NEET phase-2 result won't be able to check their result

National Testing Agency NTA has rolled out the official answer key for the NEET 2021 examination.

Also examinees have been provided with their OMR response on their respective mailing address.

So candidates can challenge the an swer key till October 17, 2021 that is today.

See on the basis of JEE-Advance rank you cannot get admission into any of the IIITs and GFTIs because JEE-Advance rank is used for seat allotment in IITs and IISc.

Now according to the category rank mentioned by you in the question you have very low or almost

You need to change your college preferences based on your rank and last year cut off data bases in different IITs, NITs or IIITs. You should give 1st preferences to those colleges in which you have less chances to get admission or at the last or pre-last
