You can apply to AKG Ghaziabad , KITE Ghaziabad, Gl bajaj Greater Noida 

Sorry you can't be able to get admission in any nit or Government engineering College and IIITS. You have got  72000 rank in OBC category and this is very poor rank. you need to improve your mark if want to get admission in a good government college.
