I am not sure of which Domicile you belong to, so I am writing this answer with respect to AIQ. NEET exam is quite easy and is nothing to be scared of. Even if you have just 10 moths left for the exam, it is not too late.

Chances seem to be less of getting a seat in governemnt medical colleges with 258 marks in the NEET exam, you might get a seat in private colleges and Deemed Universities.

It is very unpredictable as far as JEE Advanced is considered. In 2017, you wouldn't have cleared the cutoff but in 2016 you would have got rank for 101 marks in JEE advanced in both GENERAL as well as OBC category.
