As far as previous year's cut off for bhms is concerned there is some chance for you to get a seat. A score above 200 is something they ask for.  First round of counselling for neet 2019 has already begun and soon counselling for other courses will begin too.

Last year the city off for KGMC was 2318 ,your rank is quite high to procure seat in this college, but you can easily get other good government colleges.
