Chances would be less of getting a seat in Government Medical colleges with 360 marks in the NEET exam. You can get a seat in private medical colleges.

See as per your rank 350388 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

Yes, you can easily get admission in private colleges as most private colleges ask for only qualifying scores.

And you need to apply for state counselling too, to improve your chances.
