With this percentile in JEE Mains examination it is very very difficult to get seat into a government college. Your percentile should be greater than 95 percent in order to get admission in government college. You should go for private instituttions instead or give JEE examination next year
See as per your Marks-423 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
