As per the previous year cutoff you should have a decent chance to get a seat in Nalanda Medical College, Patna, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur, Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College, Gaya, Sri Krishna Medical College, Muzaffarpur etc. in All India Quota seats.

According to your marks, chances seem to be less of getting a seat in government medical colleges through All India Quota and also through state quota. You can get a seat in Deemed Universities.
