130 is really very less for a government college seat especially this yeat when we are seeing this high rise in cut off and scores. Check your category rank and then check whether they offered any seat on that rank last year or not. I tried finding it myself

I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical or bhms with this marks.The last year cut off for bhms was around 400 marks and also this year the cut off will go very high because marks fetched
