Hello
You have a pretty good to secure a seat in government MBBS medical colleges in Bangalore under the state quota.
You can get ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research; and also Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. These both colleges generally have cutoff a lot higher
The seats reserved for All India Quota is only 15% in all government and semi-government medical colleges. As the competition is open for all, the cutoffs tend to close pretty high.
Hence belonging to general category, you won't have any chances in any state under AIQ (15%).
To predict
You have a pretty low score in NEET 2019, to get admission in any of the government medical colleges in Karnataka under the state quota. The cutoffs of every medical colleges in Karnataka goes over 400 marks as according to previous year cutoffs. 170 marks would get you nowhere

It will take admissions based on 2 streams
stream 1 is based on both jee-main score and +2 marks. Your mains score is too low for you to get into this college.
Stream 2
