For Unreserved category:

• 50th percentile
• cutoff marks 701-134

For reserved categories OBC/SC/ST:

• 40th percentile
• Cutoff marks 133- 107

So it seems you are eligible for counselling only of you are under reserved category, for unreserved category there are no chances to take part in counselling.

453 is a good score, but as the present competition is high, nothing is certain. Now that the rank list is released, check with the rank. You can get into self-financing even if you are not getting into a government college. Do not lose hope.
