Well getting a government medical college with this marks is difficult but with your category, you have an upper hand and a benefit of getting a seat in government medical college through state quota.

This year cut offs has increased hence the difficulty has also increased.

386 was the least cutoff equivalent to an AIQ rank of 88,272 to get an admission in government medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh under SC category. Your rank and marks are too away from it so things look quite a lot difficult for you to get admission in government colleges.
