You can try in kasturba medical college, christian medical college,  shri ramchandra university , SRM medical college hospital and research center, as these are the good colleges

Yes you have good chances of getting admission in Karnataka Medical College through state qouta as the minimum cut off for UR was 374 last year 2018 in NEET.So you are good to go and be a future coming doctor.

It's quite difficult. The cutoffs for SC lies between 450–352. So any thing above 350 will get you a medical college.

Even there are people whom i personally know who have got admission with below 350 marks in the past few years. If your state has got a lot cutoff
