With this score in delhi you can get admission in ESIC Dental College, New Delhi only as its cut off was 539 last year. Through AIQ you might have tried but it would have been a hard competiton.You can also go for Ayush Courses or B.Vsc & A.H

Yes you have the chances of getting the admission in medical college but it is difficult for you to get any govy. seats because the marks are quite law. But I would suggest you to go for the counselling rounds and fill the choices according to your course. A link

So all  engineering colleges will have some seats reserved for snq quota . It depends on the rank , category,  income of parents of the candidate.  So you can avail snq quota at any college .

According to the last year cut off of various states, you have fair chances to get admission in states like Assam, AP, Bihar through AIQ seeing there last year cut off for medical MBBS/BDS Govt. Colleges through AIQ.
