You have little chance in state government colleges as cutoff were higher last year. The admission can be possible in Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Medical College - Aurangabad. However, cutoffs are old and vary for candidates, category, home state.

Ge your seat in decent college through any counselling round

I am sorry to tell you but to get a government mbbbs college or institute, the usual cutoff rank is around 5800 which means a score above 512. As your score isn't near or above the usual cutoff, I think it's not possible. Even for sc/st category, it is required

As per your marks, chances would be less to get admission in government medical colleges through state quota. You can have chances of admission in private medical colleges of Rajasthan through state quota.
