First of all your marks are good but not sufficient to get any governement medical college under general category. Because for general category the marks range should be around 550-630 to get any governement college foe MBBS/BDS. So it is not possible to get any seat through all

Well 210 is a low marks but still the chances of getting a seat for both the courses like BUNS and BYNS is moderate as the cut offs comes after all the above courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS are filled and then the rest.

Iam sorry to say this but 200 is a very low score to get a seat in Government College for either BDS or MBBS.So i would rather suggest you to prepare well and give NEET exam again next year.
