Though you belong to OBC category you don't have much chance of getting a seat in IIIT Bhubaneshwar with a rank of 92346. The cutoff rank is much lower than your rank. Getting a seat at any IIIT is difficult with this rank. But still you can try.

Your expected JEE Advanced rank is 3000 to 4000. Please keep in mind this is not exact rank it is expected rank as these data is related to previous year cutoff which may vary little according to the changing trend. This is for getting a rough figure.

The cut offs of ST Category students generally lies over 300-350 depending on which college and while state. For free seats, you have to apply for scholarships. No seats for medical colleges are free except for few. But government medical seats are very cheap as compared to private.
