Your marks is quite good but due to increase in cut off your rank has been shifted a bit far from the last year cut off of KGMU, Lucknow. There was not reservation for EWS category last year in KGMU, Lucknow.

There is no provision for re-checking/re-evaluation of the NEET results.

NTA will not provide any facilities for the re-evaluation of NEET result 2020 because of the following reasons:

Well, you haven't specified if it is of JEE Mains or NEET, as you can't actually get actual marks based on percentile, since percentile means how many percentage of students have scored below you, i.e 80.47 % students have scored less than you but how much less,

The eligibility criteria for Karnataka PGCET is passed BCA or BSc, BTech, BE in computer science or any other equivalent degree  along with Mathematics with 50% aggregate from a recognized university, in case of reserved category there is relaxation of 5%, you can appear for the exam next year
