Hello aspirant yes you are eligible for BCECE counselling. It is not related with JEE Mains. It conducts it's exam without being associated with JEE Mains. If you score well in BCECE you are eligible for counselling as well to take admission in colleges under BCECE.

KVPY does not provide the facility to edit the application form. So, if you submitted an application form with wrong information then you can not edit it.
But you can contact KVPY official Support Helpdesk by calling on 080 - 22932975/76, 080- 23601008 & 080 - 22933536 or Email to applications.kvpy@iisc.ac.in and ask if they can help you.
KVPY exam is held for a duration of three hours. To know about question distribution and marks you should check KVPY exam pattern.

the category cut off marks are not mentioned by the authority but they have mentioned about the cut off mark that a student must obtain in two stages of examination
minimum qualifying marks in the written test conducted out of 900 is 338 with minimum 25% in all the subjects
minimum qualifying marks in the final stage conducted out of 1800 is 705.
