No. You cannot go for the counselling in ANGRAU, Guntur, as the have called the ranks between 596-8984. You mught have to wait for that slot counselling to get over. If the seats remain at the end then they will let the other ranks apply for it. As per my suggestion, try some other college, as your rank is very low in comparision to the called slot ranks. Your chances of getting admission in ANGRAU, Guntur is very low.
