Dear Dipu, Physics section  in NEET has 45 questions. Every right answer gets you 4 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark thanks to Negative Marking. So you have a chance to score 180 in this section. And NEET doesnt have secrional qualifications and so there is no mimium mark required. Over all you should score the required marks according to the cut off for that particular Academic year. While the marks might change, the formula remains the same in deciding the cut offs for each Category. They arr:

Now you havent mentioned your target Colleges and whats your expectant score. All you need is little more preparation because mock tests help you prepare. May be along with mock tests, preparing from some books might also help you. We shall help you with a list of books that might help you.
