I am sorry to say but with this rank, your friend might not be able to get a govt seat for agriculture. But he/she can still try for a private college. He/She has a great chance of getting agriculture in a private college. But for govt seat, the chances are very bleak. Still tell him/her to apply for the counselling and wait for the result. Since the cutoffs changes every year, he/she might get a govt seat, if he/she is lucky. It totally depends on his/her luck now.

Jee mains scores are accepted in IIT, NIT, GFTI and many other private and  government universities. You have mentioned any specific college name in which you want to pursue Computer Science engineering. The rank can vary from 100-100000 depending on college to college.

Hello aspirant,  well it quite unpredictable . The marks varies depending upon the difficulty level of paper . Still keeping previous year trends in mind , 155+ marks should fetch you a seat in NIT. Try to score as much as you can . There is no harm in scoring more but less score can deny college.
