After watching so the list of Institute and your rank. I think that you may have good chances to get better than Ambedkar. So you may apply for some Institute with authorizing by DU JAT and you may get some best institute that you may deserve.  So think positive apply some top Institute and you definitely get one of them.

It is not possible to get you to mark we need more data to find out you mark because you rank depend on another student mark at any method it does not help you get you right score. To request more data or you may be asked they helpline number they provided you a solution or tell you marks.

the chances of geting seats in government colleges is really less. and to get core elecronoics and communication stream is really hard. because most of the universities has some seats reserve for gate qualified candidates. so the remaining seats will fills by appgecet.

In first counseling almost all the seats are filled in all top colleges but has your rank is good you will get better colleges then this do one thing do all the process and hold your seat by paying and attend second couselling if you got better college then first allotment seat then you can transfer your money to your second allotted seat or if you got worst college then your 1 st allotment seat then don't put trasfer so by this way you can go for better one
