nios is a central education board and established by ministry of human resources. this board is also equivalent with cbse, icse etc other indian boards. exams like jee main, neet, clat do accept candidates who passed or appearing in 10+2 course from nios (national institute of open schooling)board.

Mat exam score is acceptable to admission in management courses. but some colleges has different exam criteria like, some institute takes admission through cat exam, some have their own entrance test. you did not mention in which institute you want to do pgdm in agri business management. please do
