As here you mention your rank with this rank there are less chances to get top colleges  but  try till  the last  round  of the counselling

Well as you are a west bengal student, you would have not gotten the benefits of 85% state quota seats and because of which you must have nit been eligible for government colleges.

But for private you are eligible and then the cut off will depend on different categories.
