First of all your rank is good,with your category rank you can get colleges like bhagalpur engineering college,mit muzaffapur,etc ,i won't say 100% but you have a chance to grab these colleges and not all branch,2-3 branches you will get,so if you're not branch specific then you can get these

The expected cut off for DU LLb 2019 is a range of rank around 1450-1500 and 230-250 Marks for the general category.
In 2018 the cut off in the first round was a rank of 992 and 249 marks for the general category. In the second allotment list

It is very very disheartening to tell you that you cannot get St.joseph college for MBA as for St.joseph college the BC Category cut off is 43.667.
