Sorry to say but it is difficult for you to get admission over there . but you can get following colleges for sure:

Nannapaneni Venkat Rao College of Engineering and Technology (NVRCET), Guntur

Global college of engineering and technology

College of Engineering, Sri Venkateswara University (SVUCE), Tirupati

You can probably get iet lucknow but it will depend on your category and your sub-category whether you are from general, obc, sc or st.
