As per previous years data college rank for obc ( cream layer ) students , round 3 was :  610 for cs and for it 1176 

Also for non creamy layer CS rank was 784 , IT 3519 , SO you have 100% chance to get admissions , go ahead

Ok, first let me clear you. All the core branches finishes at 30k or max 32k. So, if by chance you can get then you will have to compromise with the branch which is not a good sign as you will have to study a totally different things.
