Since you are asking the question on a country basis it is almost impossible to decide the average with such a wider window. The average package depends upon mainly the college. If you are asking for colleges like IITs you can expect the salary of Mech Engineers to be anywhere between 4-7 lakh per annum.

For other tier 3 colleges the package drops to 2-3 lpa and in many cases, mech engineers can be unemployed.

Do not think that salary is very high in computer science engineering see if you'll do computer engineering half heartedly then ofcourse you'll not be interested in your work. Most of the placements in computer engineering is in IT which has very low salary unless they find your true interest they will not increase your salary regularly or may fire you. So if you are interested in biochemical engineering do it you may go for further studies and who knows you may research something in this field.

You can either work in an export house or in some designer studio as a fashion stylist. Since fashion designing is a purely creative field, so your pay depends on your skills. Still according to my research, a fashion stylist fresher earns approximately 17k on an average per month. The pay for you can be more or less as I said it totally depends on your skills and efforts. salary structure depends on organization where you employed  and your work weight age. salary is same for same  organization in any parts of india. in generally fresher candidates gets 15k-25k salary in private organization of cicbil engineering which are related with field works. if you work in designing and autocad based work in reputed farm you may get 25k-28k salary in hand.

The duration of any internship is dependent on a number of factors such as:

• Industry of work.
• Expertise of intern.
• Role or responsibility of intern.
• Duration of need for the employer, etc.

Thus it is entirely dependent upon your choice of internship for example there are internships of almost a year or more to a month long internship. Moreover you can also be terminated if your performance is not sufficient enough or maybe your internship duration and pay is increased if you work exceptionally.

Coming to the next part of the question, you are supposed to get a job right after your internship if your internship had a job offer associated with it and also you would have an edge in the industry over others who have no internships to their credit in terms of employment.
