PLacement is quite good at Medicaps University INdore. The average package last year was about 3 lakhs and the highest went upto nine lakhs. There is about 70% placement record. Howver, it should be noted that its your dedication towards studies and marks that would steer your chances

Admission depends on which state you belong to, with this rank if you belong to another state it is difficult to get admission, however, if you belong to the same state you can get admission, but the available branches would be limited.

With a merit number of 875 in BVP CET, it is really hard to get CSE.
You can get any branch other than CSE, IP and ECE.
This is according to last years counselling details.
