If you solve only last years question papers then you'll know the type of questions that are asked and can experience the real exam. It will also reduces your question solving time. But I would advise you to solve mock test series or other books because the syllabus

In NEET ,  electrostatic, current electricity, electromagnetism, optics and modern physics do carry the most weightage.

In chemistry, thermodynamics, coordination compounds, organic chemistry carries most weightage.

But revision of every topic is advised as trends do change.
