NEET question paper will be given in English, Hindi, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Oriya, Tamil and Kannada. So when you select one of these languages, the questions will be asked both in English and this language. It will be Multiple choice questions in both languages.

To fulfill the NEET eligibility criteria 2018, you must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English. and if you belong to General Category should score a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12 or HSC examination.
So, you might not be eligible for NEET MBBS.
