Yes you can use the name yiu shall provide in Adhar Card or Id Proof. Incase you have different name registered in 2018 you can use that and provide relevant documents for the same. 

You can also correct GATE application form in correction window.

If you have not appeared for the test, then you should simply select No. It won't impact your application or admission chances in anyway.
