if you belong to a general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 440 marks and if you are applying under 15% all india quota seats then you should score above 480 marks to secure a seat

I don't think so it's necessary for you to appear in improvement exam because you already achieved your target of 75% marks in Class 12th but yaah you don't have 75% in PCM so that's an big issue because only BITS will ask 75% in class 12th rather
