First let me know what was there on the first page of the question paper? If there was your Roll No. or Registration No. then AIBE requires only your registration information In that case you can attach your Admit Card Copy.

To be eligible to take the NEET examinations, you need to pass English as a subject individually. The minimum 50% marks criteria does not apply to English as it only includes PCB Subjects. So you just need to pass English subject to be eligible for taking admission through NEET.

NTSE is conducted only for class 10 students and therefore you can appear for the exam next year. Till then, you can involve yourself in the preparation of the exam.
