First let me know what was there on the first page of the question paper? If there was your Roll No. or Registration No. then AIBE requires only your registration information In that case you can attach your Admit Card Copy.

To be eligible for  NEET  the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology for General candidates

Officially there is no any information regarding MBA PGCET appeared students so it would be tough to tell you about it.

NTSE is conducted only for class 10 students and therefore you can appear for the exam next year. Till then, you can involve yourself in the preparation of the exam.
