Try covering NCERT textbooks of class 11th and 12th first.

BCECE doesn't release question papers in the public domain. I would suggest you try question booklets in the market for the exam. You will likely get books by good publication houses who may have collection of questions asked in the exam; or in the least they will have
NCERT if done right and down to the last detail mid the best study material to score in biology for NEET. You can definitely score with just that but you will need the reference books for tougher exams like AIIMS or to get higher ranks in NEET
