It's not that popular a university so the question papers specifically for this university will be a difficult job. Moreover some universities don't let the papers out. I was unable to find them on internet.
Not in any of the top NIT's but yes the intermediate NIT's there is a chance. Still you'll surely get into one or the other NIT.
