Yes, as per neet guidelines, you will get bilingual paper i.e. English as well Tamil.
Although English will be treated as the default language i.e. if there is any discrepancy in any question, the English version of it would be treated as final.

In case of any question being wrong or in case of bonus marks for question been robbed candidate will receive marks even do the candidate didn't attempted the question. Marks will be given to both, candidate who attempted and those who did not attempted the question
Yes if you feel the question is wrong or maybe the exact option is not available you can I feed challenge it. But since that requires money I would advice you to discuss with your coaching teachers and also check on Google since there are chances some one else has
MTG contains questions chapter wise while Arihant Publications has questions year wise.
Both books are equally good and easily available.
If you want to solve chapter wise, go for MTG.
If you want to solve the paper year wise in one go, go for Arihant.
