Freshers from campus placements from best college/university may fetch salary ranging from INR 20,000-40,000 pm, depending on the company and the job position.

1. not only 5–10 years but generally allways every civil engineer will get a good & reasonable employment opputunity in the construction industry every where not only in india but in abroad too, because the reason being most of the pre college students of about 90 % prefers other white collor
