we still not having the 2020 data of maharastra neet counselling. however you may expect it sooner in coming days. cutoff score changes every year, depends on some factors like number of candidates, category of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix. there is separate seat reserve for state domicile

NCERT Books are a major source of syllabus and information for JEE Mains but it is not possible to get a high score with only textbook question. This is because JEE has an objective approach and some questions require a rather twisted application of a concept and such questions

There is a variation of cutoffs that is different for every college. First you should aim at a college and also mention the colleges in question, so that I can give you the accurate rank required to get admission into that college in JEE Main.
